Please read these terms carefully before placing an order. Ordering means you agree to everything below.

1. Services
Masood Fareed provides review placement services on Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, Chewy, eBay and other supported marketplaces at the prices listed on the Packages page. All orders are quoted per review with no hidden fees.
2. Ordering & Payment
Orders are placed via WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn or email. Full payment is required upfront before the order is queued. Accepted methods will be shared at checkout.
3. Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24–72 hours for the first batch depending on package size. Large orders (50+ reviews) may be delivered in drip-feed batches to protect your listing.
4. Refunds & Replacements
If a review is removed by the platform within 14 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge. Refunds are offered only for work that has not been started. Once reviewers have been assigned, orders are non-refundable.
5. Client Responsibilities
You confirm that the product listing you provide is your own or you have permission to promote it. Providing false or misleading product information is grounds for order cancellation without refund.
6. Marketplace Compliance
Marketplaces update their policies frequently. We do our best to follow current best practices, but we cannot guarantee that a specific review will remain live indefinitely. Our replacement guarantee above covers early removal.
7. Limitation of Liability
Masood Fareed is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or marketplace account actions taken by third parties. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated date.
